We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. About Returns
Free Returns
To protect our customer's behalf, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund in these following situations. The return shipping fee is on 7art.ca. The free return excuses include:- Product(s) is/are different with what you ordered.(Slight differences with pictures on 7art.ca are not excuses for return becouse handicraft works rely on antisan's skill and exertion, small variations are acceptable).
- Product(s) has/have quality problem, such as blemish, flaw, stain or wart.
- Product(s) is/are brokean or damaged during delivery trip.
Non-Free Returns
we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund in following situations. The return shipping fee is on customers.- Resons except for all listed in free return excuses.
- You can return your purchase for up to 7 days from the receive date.
- Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, we will take care of everything.
- Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund (with the return shipping fee together) and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
